Don’t Flip Out…You Should’ve Known Better

I have felt this way before. 99% of the time things have a way of working out for the good. Whether you believe in karma, zen, God, or coincidence try not to flip out in the meantime. We all have that feeling of knowing something is not going well. Find a way to cope because somebody out there always has it worse. So have some fun and laugh.

Swine Flu & the Virtual Company

Breaking News: Swine Influenza should not stop business, but improve it!

Over the past two years our companies have made great strides to become “virtual”. In the event of most emergencies or disasters our companies will still keep doing business. You really should be working with providers that have made these steps. Seeing the “outbreak” of this disease hopefully will galvanize some movement. We also help other companies become virtual. 2 reasons your messages fall flat.

#1 It is too complicated.

During the 2008 Presidential Campaign’s of Senator Barack Obama and Senator John McCain there were two competing messages. Come on say them with me: “I am a Maverick.” and “Yes We Can!” (with a big side dish of HOPE). People spent too much effort defining, “What is a Maverick?” and “Do I like Mavericks?”. The message of , “Yes We Can!” was quickly understood and made hearing the complete message easier.

#2 No one is actively repeating it.

It is all about the Combo.

Cute cats always get attention. New technology can be hit or miss. If you put cute and technology together you could get millions of views. We have seen the force of a combo in the McDonald’s  Value Meal on to the Justice League of Superhero’s. Why do we fight the combo in our own lives?
