In business and life it takes hard work along with guts to be unique. This video show you how being unique can make a routine experience awesome. This flight attendant gets Southwest Airlines tons of free publicity and advertising. During what could have been a boring moment he used hip hop to get passengers into the act. Notice how the demeanor of the passengers improved. How could your business or life be improved with a little uniqueness? It was fun for the attendant and instantly connected him with the passengers. One really cannot go wrong with hard work, guts, fun, and uniqueness. How many of these tools do you invoke on a daily basis?

Years ago I had the chance to work for one of the largest banks in the world. I would have been able to enjoy some nice Swiss Chocolate. Then again, I probably would have been unemployed because of the current economic crisis. Early in my business career Morgan Stanley Disease would have lessened the rejections. AJH Financial grew out of my passing on the investment banking opportunity. Then AJH Worldwide Ltd. was spawed from the creative juices of being a solo-preneur.

In former communities I was somewhat a big deal. I was the guy on the pirate ship that yelled land ho! By no means was I a Captain and if you were another pirate you really did not give a darn. On my ship or community I had a place, purpose, and passion. Then once I started my business I was promoted to Captain. I did not get the message in the bottle that told me I needed to be on the hunt. I was the one responsible for everything most of all finding the buried treasure.

“Go get ‘em tiger” or “If at first you don’t succeed try try again” sometimes is all you need for a pick me up. Our country’s economic condition has made encouragement even more valuable. Usually, we need a reason to encourage someone. Encouragement is free and unlimited in supply. If you are an encouragement supplier with no production cost your return on investment is infinity. One of the best investments you can make is be encouraging whenever possible. Next time you receive encouragement in a passive way take a second to let it grow and provide an infinite ROI.
